Natasha is an experienced business owner, running Natashas Skin Spa on Southbank, Melbourne. In her drive to find salon software that really supported her business she spent more than half a year doing research. 

Inspired by her mother, who worked really hard to support her children with various small business ventures, Natasha learnt from a young age that adding value meant working hard, sharing, helping people out and creating a network that supported and uplifted each other. 

Working with Timely came after 14 years of using bad salon software that took three clicks when one would have done. Natasha mapped her client experience journey from discovering the salon and booking an appointment, to the consultation and the follow up.
