Welcome to the Team, Colin!

With a heap of experience from firms like EY (previously Ernst and Young) and other NZ success stories like TradeMe, Colin joins Timely as our new CFO. He has experience as a Financial Controller and in commercial / business partnering roles, and earlier in his career getting right into the details as an auditor. He was even once mistaken for a peacekeeper after showing his kiwi passport on a business trip in Kosovo! We are absolutely stoked to welcome him to our executive team.

Colin has heard great things about the Timely culture and the team before joining, and was impressed with our growth and future trajectory. He wasn’t actively looking for a new role but a friend shared the Timely CFO job ad with him and it immediately piqued his interest. It was meant to be!

Outside of work and now in his #timelylife, Colin is a dad (two boys, 11 and 12) and loves getting into the outdoors. He enjoys running or biking through the trees, and running around a football pitch. Colin lives in central Wellington, with what he cites as “easy access to Wellington’s finest bars and restaurants”, which makes the answer to ‘what shall we do for dinner tonight?’ a pretty easy one.
