With the number of businesses joining Timely growing every day, we’re excited to welcome John Bollen into the onboarding team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist. Every day, he’ll help give our customers the special treatment they’ve come to expect when getting started with their accounts.

Recently, we brought Gerard Barbalich into the Timely team as an intern within the Business Development crew.

Customer service is something that’s very important to us here at Timely. Although our customers are spread out in over 2,160 cities around the world, we’re dedicated to giving them all the same high quality Timely experience they have come to expect from us.

We know we’re not perfect. That’s why we love getting feedback from customers, because it allows us to take your suggestions and use them to improve Timely.

Our friendly and positive attitude towards business culture is a vital part of our team here at Timely.

The Timely crew is growing quickly. Last year there were 7 staff at the Christmas party. This year, there are 20 on the team. We gathered most of the Timely crew together in Dunedin last week to celebrate a big year of progress!

I’m very pleased to welcome our latest Timely team member, Jose Mathias, who has recently joined Timely in a marketing position.

We are super excited to announce that we won the Emerging Business Award for 2014 at the Otago Business Excellence Awards in Dunedin on the 6th of November. Some of the Timely crew went along to enjoy the night and celebrate with the other finalists.
